The week before your arrival we will contact you, usually by email. In that email will be the code for the door. We will also leave a welcome letter on the counter in the Apartment that will contain the Wi-Fi security code. It will also have instructions for operating and accessing the DISH network and movies on the TV.
Safety features:
We have three smoke and carbon dioxide detectors in the Apartment.
There are two fire extinguishers and a safety card also.
Located in the back bedroom closet is a safety ladder in case the stairs are blocked.
A flashlight is located in the drawer under the microwave.
We have also placed directions to our local hospital ( 5 minutes away) and their phone number in the welcome letter.
All of our beds are encased in an Allerease Select mattress encasement with the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. It advertises allergy protection, waterproof, and a bug barrier. Pillows are encased in protective covers in addition to pillowcases.
We have a locking gate at the top of the stairs to keep your little ones safe from the stairs. It tucks out of the way when not in use.
